Social Submitter 1.5.4 released

New build does not contain new features, just some bugs fixes.
1) Bug with filter in Hide Mismatching Sites mode fixed.
2) Bug with program termination when Internet connection not available fixed.
3) SocialSubmitter always returns ‘Submission Completed’ string when you run SocialSubmitter from command prompt with /nogui key.
4) Program automatically runs under Administrator account on Vista.
5) Minor bug fixes.
