Social submitter 1.1 released

Since we still have many features to add to our software, we decided to release a major update, including several of them. Here they are:
- Fixed site database.
- Article synonimyzer {term|another_term}.
- Proxy support.
- Predefined and custom filters of site database
- Command line support.
- User manual.
- Minor usability improvements
